Durante las AUDICIONES A CIEGAS, la decisión de los coaches estará basada únicamente en la interpretación vocal de los participantes y no en su apariencia. Los coaches escucharán cantar a los participantes pero no los verán actuar ya que estarán sentados de espaldas a los participantes en sillas rotativas. Si alguno de los coaches están impresionado con la interpretación vocal de alguno de los participantes, él o ella presionará un botón para seleccionar a ese participante para su equipo. En ese momento la silla del coach se dará vuelta para que pueda ver al participante que ha escogido. Si más de un coach presiona el botón de un mismo participante, entonces le tocará al participante escoger con quien le gustaría trabajar. Si ninguno de los coaches escoge a un participante en particular, ese participante será eliminado de la competencia.
Una vez que los equipos estén formados, comienzan las batallas. Los coaches se dedicarán a entrenar a sus equipos brindándoles consejos y, junto a artistas famosos que ofician como asesores, compartiendo secretos sobre cómo llegaron a triunfar como participante. Durante la ronda de batallas, los coaches seleccionarán a tres miembros de su propio equipo para que, juntos, se enfrenten cantando una misma canción delante de una audiencia en vivo.
La Etapa Final
En la última ronda de la competencia, cada semana los mejores participantes de cada uno de los equipos competirán unos contra otros. La teleaudiencia y los coaches decidirán quienes continúan en la competencia. Al terminar la competencia, un participante será declarado “La Voz Kids” y recibirá un contrato de grabación y un premio en dinero para apoyar su educación.

I have used the following Breakfast Casserole recipe for holiday and family gathering especially during the holidays. It’s not only simple to make but can easily be modified or customized to taste and preference.
Substitute bacon for low-sodium bacon or turkey sausage
Use microwaveable or pre-cooked bacon instead of bacon to fry
Pre-bake or cook hash browns for a crisper texture before adding to recipe
Layer hash brown when baking and start from the bottom of the pan
Use hash brown or potatoes o’brien that are mixed with onions and peppers
Add different flavor of cheese

As a professional blogger and business owner, I often get asked what advice would I give to new bloggers or new digital marketers. My answer will always include for them to attend workshops and conferences. As a former PR executive for the federal government, conferences, tradeshows, workshops etc were an essential part of marketing and business goals. The world of blogging, digital marketing, social media, public relations, online business, work-at-home-moms, etc. can be a very powerful and helpful resource to a household. The parameters of essentially ‘being your own boss’ provides flexibility, financial assistance into a family budget, increased opportunities, networking and overall enhanced living. The perks, while wonderful, are at the cost of much hard work, determination, long hours, travel and many occurrences that require time away from home.
